AUTEC cybersecurity vulnerability reporting

Report a vulnerability affecting our product and help us improve product cybersecurity

AUTEC recognizes that cybersecurity is a fundamental requirement for ensuring the reliability and security of its products with digital elements. In a context where cyber threats are constantly evolving, timely identification and effective management of vulnerabilities are essential for protecting products, users, and the information they process.

Developed in accordance with the principles and obligations set out in Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act), the coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy establishes the framework adopted by AUTEC for the receipt, assessment, management, and disclosure of vulnerabilities affecting the products with digital elements for which it acts as manufacturer. The policy promotes transparent and responsible cooperation between AUTEC and any party that identifies and reports potential vulnerabilities. To this end, AUTEC is committed to assessing all reports with professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality.

Through this policy, AUTEC seeks to continuously enhance the cybersecurity of its products and to contribute to the protection of the broader digital ecosystem in which they operate.

Before reporting a vulnerability, please review the AUTEC coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy carefully to ensure that your report can be processed efficiently.
