
AUTEC’s new modular frame is equipped with a customizable HMI and premium features that enhance machine remote control for the operator. Functions can be selected individually in accordance to the user's specific needs. The Powerbar is designed to optimize human-machine interactions, thereby improving operational efficiency and safety.

Operator Presence
The “Operator presence” sensor on both sides of the frame detects the presence of the operator’s hands, replacing external activation actuators or additional buttons on the radio remote control. This provides an incentive for the operator to place his or her hands on the frame, improving operational safety. Sensor programming allows independent association between the left and right sides of the frame, offering further customization possibilities on command control and activation.
Front Buttons
The design also involved the interaction experience with the display. In fact, with the Power Bar, the selection and navigation buttons have been moved from the top of the frame to the side of the displays, with a total of 4+4 buttons, making them more accessible and convenient for the operator.
Aptic Feedback
The “Aptic Feedback” option is intended to alert the operator to danger by improving safety in noisy environments. Vibration is also fully customizable in terms of both frequency and intensity.
Panel and working area lighting
The panel illumination ensures clear visibility of all actuators, while a front light illuminates the working area, particularly valuable in low‑visibility conditions.
Enhanced Display
The Power Bar Frame allows the housing of displays with multiple formats, going from 4.3’’, 5’’ and 6.8’’ inches, improving visibility and feedback while interacting with the device and controlling the machine. The TFT 4.3" display is programmable with our AUTEC STUDIO software.

AUTEC STUDIO is a proprietary programming tool designed to customize the graphical user interface (HMI) of the display. It is used by AUTEC technical department but it can also be licensed to the customer for autonomous operations. The interface is intuitive and fluid and is designed to minimize intervention’s time with excellent results.
